Three years after Through Chasm, Caves and Titan Woods, Carpathian Forest returned with their debut-full-length, Black Shining Leather.
Here we are knowing a new Carpathian Forest songs and melody, with influencies of other bands out of black metal as Burzum, Mayhem and DarkThrone. but still appreciante as before.
From blast beats and fast tremolo melodies to mid-paced Hellhammer worship to the slower and more methodical arpeggio riffs, reminiscent of Burzum, Carpathian Forest manages to take the listener on a bit of a roller coaster ride.
